In this article, you will learn how, and in which formats, you can export a list of your transactions in payever.
You can export your transactions in the following formats:
CSV
XLSX
PDF
Settlement
To download your transaction list, please click Export in the top right corner.
A drop-down will show the different formats available. Click on the target format you want and wait a few seconds, the document will download automatically.
Filters and view
When you export a list of transactions, you always export it as you see it on your screen. This means that if you have selected transaction number, payment type, amount, customer name and status in the view and have hidden everything else, your downloaded table will only include these 5 columns. The same applies if you have applied a filter - for example, if you currently have a filter active for a specific date, your downloaded list only contains the transactions for that specified date.
Export format
The way of distributing the transaction export file can vary based on the scope (from/to date) and volume of transactions in your account. When the scope to be exported contains fewer than 10,000 transactions, the file will be automatically generated and downloadable from the browser. If the list of transactions is larger than the above-mentioned 10,000 transactions, the export file will be processed via a queue and sent by email, containing a download link, once the export has been processed. Note: the export time depends on the volume of transactions.
Settlement Export – Advanced Options
In addition to the standard export formats, the Settlement Export allows you to export detailed settlement data. This export is particularly suitable for accounting, controlling, and reconciliation with internal ERP or financial systems.
After clicking Export and selecting the Settlement export, a configuration window opens in which you can further refine the export.
Date selection
In the Date section, you define the time range for which the settlement data will be exported. Two fields are available:
Start Date: Beginning of the period (from this date onward)
End Date: End of the period (up to this date)
If both Start Date and End Date are set, the export will include all transactions whose settlement date falls within this time range.
You can also limit the export using only one of the fields:
Start Date only – exports all transactions settled from the selected date onward
End Date only – exports all transactions settled up to the selected date
The date filter always refers to the settlement date of the transactions, not the original order or payment date.
Payment methods
In the Payments section, you can specifically select which payment methods should be included in the export. Alternatively, you can select all available payment methods via Select All Payments. Depending on your activated setup, different payment methods may be available.
Transaction status
You can also define which transaction types should be exported. The following options are available:
- Paid – successfully completed payments
- Refund – refunds
- Cancel – canceled transactions
Here as well, you can use Select All Operations to select all transaction types at once.
File format
Finally, select the desired file format for the settlement export. The following formats are currently available:
- CSV – recommended for further processing in ERP and accounting systems
- PDF – suitable for manual review and archiving
- XLSX – for analysis and editing in spreadsheet applications
After confirming the export, the file will either be downloaded directly in the browser or made available to you via email as a download link, depending on the volume of data.
