If you have not received an email from us that you need in order to access payever, e.g.
- an employee invitation,
- a password reset link or
- a 2FA code,
please follow the steps below:
Step 0: Only for password reset: Do you already have an active user account in payever?
If you have requested a link to reset the password, but can't find any password reset email in your inbox, please note that resetting the password (and thus also sending out a password reset link) is only possible if you had already registered and set up an initial password with your email address in our platform in the past.
If you've never logged in to payever with your email address before, you most definitely don't have a user account in our platform yet, and can therefore also not reset your password yet (given that you've never set any password that could be replaced in the first place).
So in this case, please ask your colleagues or your superior to send you an invitation to payever (if you want to join an existing company account with your own email address as a subordinate user), or register a new company account here if your company does not yet have an account in payever.
Step 1: Check the spam and junk folder
Although we always try to design our emails in such a way that they are not classified as spam by common mail providers, it is unfortunately not 100% possible to ensure that our emails are never sorted out by the security and sorting algorithms of single mail provider. Therefore, please always check whether the email in question is in your spam, advertising or similar folders.
Step 2: Check your Email Address
Especially when requesting password reset links or when inviting employees, please check whether the email address was spelled correctly (also check for spaces before or after the email address) and correct any incorrect entries.
If your account uses an email address that is invalid or that you no longer have access to, please contact support@payever.de to have your account migrated to another email address. Please be sure to include the old email address where the account is currently accessible, the company name and the new email address where the account should be accessible in the future.
Step 3: Whitelist @payever.org by your IT administrator or email provider
Larger companies in particular often have strict filters applied to their employees' email inboxes, which may intercept our emails. Therefore, please ask your admin or provider to whitelist our domain so that you receive our messages reliably.
